What better way to start the new year than with a relax and recharge at the Gaia Retreat and Spa. This is where I chose to holiday over the festive season.   Gaia is a little paradise that I want to share with you because it is just simply wonderful.  Daily yoga, holistic therapies, macrobiotic meals, spa, sauna, pool and much, much more – all nestled in the stunning hinterland region of Byron Bay.  It’s all about leaving the outside world behind to relax and unwind. I could go on about it but you would then think I’m being paid to write this story!! Anyway I’m back now and ready to take on 2012 – it’s going to be a great year.

Don’t forget to do something little for yourself each day – exercise, eat well, drink plenty of water, be grateful, smile and of course a little retail therapy is important too!
